How much is your device worth?

If your device meets our terms, we’ll process payment the same working day, as long as testing is completed before 2:00 PM.

Devices tested after 2:00 PM will be paid out the next working day. During busy periods, testing may take up to 48 hours from when we receive your device.

Please allow up to 24 hours for payment to reach your account after it’s processed. We’re not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.

We offer multiple convenient ways to send us your tech:

- Package your device and take it to your local Post Office using the QR code we email you—no need to print a label.

- If you prefer, you can print a shipping label at home and drop your device off at any Post Office.

- We can send you a Freepost pack with everything you need to send your device safely.

📦 Important:

Whichever method you choose, please package your device carefully and include your order number inside. Without it, we won’t be able to identify your device or issue your payment.

No need! We kindly ask that you don’t send chargers, cables, headphones, or the original box, as we’re unable to return them.

If the condition is worse than selected, we may deduct a small fee to cover return costs.

Fully Functional and completely flawless. Has no scratches or blemishes of any kind.

Fully functional and shows only very light signs of use such as minor scratches / scuffs that are not visible when holding the device 8 inches away.

Fully functional and shows heavy signs of use such as excessive scratches, deep scratches that catch your fingernail when run across the glass, dings, dents, scuffs or abrasions, but no cracks.

Free Tracked Returns

Sending your device to us is easy and free for lower-value orders.
