When will I get paid?
If your device meets our terms, we’ll process payment the same working day, as long as testing is completed before 2:00 PM.
Devices tested after 2:00 PM will be paid out the next working day. During busy periods, testing may take up to 48 hours from when we receive your device.
Please allow up to 24 hours for payment to reach your account after it’s processed. We’re not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.
Packaging Your Device
We offer multiple convenient ways to send us your tech:
- Package your device and take it to your local Post Office using the QR code we email you—no need to print a label.
- If you prefer, you can print a shipping label at home and drop your device off at any Post Office.
- We can send you a Freepost pack with everything you need to send your device safely.
📦 Important:
Whichever method you choose, please package your device carefully and include your order number inside. Without it, we won’t be able to identify your device or issue your payment.
No need! We kindly ask that you don’t send chargers, cables, headphones, or the original box, as we’re unable to return them.
