What warranty do I get?
All refurbished products come with a 12-month warranty covering technical malfunctions. It doesn't cover accidental damage, water damage, loss or theft.
What battery health can I expect?
Smartphones come with a minimum of 80% battery health. MacBooks and iPads are tested to hold a good charge capacity, and Apple Watches are fully tested for reliable performance.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal — plus Klarna and Clearpay if you'd rather spread the cost.
When will my order be shipped?
Order before 2pm and it's dispatched the same day. Every order comes with a courier tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
How is my device protected during shipment?
Every device ships in a sturdy box with secure packaging materials to keep it safe in transit.
What accessories come with my device?
A charging cable (where applicable), secure packaging and the 12-month warranty. Original accessories like plugs or earphones aren't included unless stated — chargers, cases and screen protectors are available separately.

What does the free shipping label cover?
Our free prepaid label covers your device up to £150. For devices worth more, we recommend your own tracked and insured shipping — we're not responsible for lost or damaged parcels beyond the £150 coverage.
Do I need to reset my device?
Yes — please factory reset it and remove all personal data including iCloud, Google or Samsung accounts before sending. It protects your privacy and keeps the trade-in moving.
Does battery health affect my offer?
Yes — devices with lower battery health may receive a reduced offer after inspection. For the best price, your device should have at least 80% battery health and be in full working order.
Do you return devices for free?
Yes — if you decline our revised offer we'll return your device free of charge. No extra cost, no hassle.

Grading guideWhat does SIM-free mean?
Every phone we sell is unlocked and SIM-free — it isn't tied to any network. Pop in a SIM from any UK or international carrier (or an eSIM where supported) and it just works. No unlock fees, no contracts.
What does refurbished actually mean?
A refurbished phone is a pre-owned device that's been through our 72-point check — inspected, tested, cleaned and restored to full working order by our technicians, then graded honestly on cosmetic condition. Like-new performance for far less than buying new.
Is the warranty the same on every product?
Yes — whether it's a phone, MacBook, console or watch, and whatever the grade, you get the same 12-month warranty against technical faults plus 30-day returns.

Your device, a compatible charging cable (where applicable) and secure protective packaging. Original boxes and accessories like plugs or earphones aren't included unless the listing says so — chargers, cases and screen protectors are available separately.
